Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, demolition, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Complete daily progress reports and material inventory checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Participate in mandatory safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Drug-free and pass background check
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain required certifications (provided)
