Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist in building foundations, erecting scaffolding, and installing structural components
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, removing debris and hazardous materials
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely under night shift conditions
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely for project accuracy
- Conduct safety inspections and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet night shift production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
- Availability for consistent night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekend work
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in low-light conditions
