Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on active construction sites
- Operate machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Conduct site inspections and report hazards immediately
- Complete daily logs and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
