Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and excavation tasks under expert supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant precision
- Install scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal per environmental protocols
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tight deadline projects
- Maintain accurate daily progress logs and material inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform 8-hour physically demanding shifts
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Expertise in power tools (saws, drills, nail guns)
- Fluent in English/Spanish bilingual communication preferred
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 2 AM) with reliable transportation
