Responsibilities
- Excavate, prepare, and clean construction sites
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools
- Install temporary structures and safety barriers
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades
- Maintain site cleanliness and waste management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (will train)
- Experience with construction tools/equipment a plus
