Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills)
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to comply with OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to safety and following site regulations
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
