Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night shift supervision
- Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and jackhammers
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project timelines
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (training provided if needed)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to 4200 S Congress Ave worksite
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
