Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at active construction sites
- Operate power tools (saws, jackhammers, drills) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with scaffolding, demolition, and site preparation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Load/unload construction materials and organize job site layouts
- Complete daily cleanup and ensure site security during night operations
- Document work progress and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Previous construction or industrial labor experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
