Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) under OSHA guidelines
- Install/repair concrete structures, scaffolding, and safety barriers
- Inspect materials for compliance with blueprints and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and dispose of hazardous waste
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet night shift productivity targets
- Document daily progress and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
