Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (training provided)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them as needed
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Participate in project-specific tasks as directed by site supervisors
- Adhere to construction timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train everyone!
- Must be physically capable of performing strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout the workday
- Team player with excellent communication skills
