Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification compliance
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and site cleanup protocols
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines
- Document daily progress and maintain accurate job site logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience with night shift preference
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
