Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform night shift duties (6 PM - 6 AM) in all weather conditions
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Punctual attendance for night shift schedule (Sun-Thu)
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
