Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project accuracy
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently

- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately

Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
