Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and perform site inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex infrastructure projects
- Complete daily progress reports and quality assurance checks
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or relevant technical certification
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred (training provided if not certified)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
