Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervision
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math and measurement skills
