Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and demolition operations
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Transport and stage materials using forklifts/cranes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist carpenters and masons with specialized tasks
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
- Read blueprints and project specifications
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math measurement skills
- Flexible availability (Sun-Thurs nights)
- Willingness to travel to Virginia sites
- OSHA 10 certification (we provide)
