Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) with proper certification
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications precisely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen to meet tight deadlines
- Complete daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility for rotating night shift schedules (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong teamwork communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screening required
