Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and excavators (with certification)
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM) with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Heavy equipment operation certification preferred
