Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with project-specific tasks and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift rotations
- Complete daily time logs and progress reports accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
