Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and demolition work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in safety briefings and hazard assessments
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or industrial labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
