Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools with certified safety protocols
- Install, repair, and maintain structural components following blueprints and engineering specs
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to site supervisors
- Maintain OSHA-compliant work zones and enforce safety standards among crew members
- Coordinate material deliveries and inventory management to minimize project delays
- Document progress through daily logs and photographic reports for stakeholder updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial construction experience or equivalent trade certification
- Valid OSHA 30-hour Construction certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) with weekly pay schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
