Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise construction work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction phases
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes

Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
