Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing tasks during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Assist in material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance logs
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or vocational certification
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience operating construction machinery (CPCS preferred)
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
