Responsibilities
- Execute precise earthwork, concrete pouring, and structural assembly tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Inspect and maintain job site safety protocols and equipment
- Coordinate material logistics and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex blueprints
- Perform emergency repairs during off-peak hours
- Document progress through digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- Night shift availability (7 PM - 5 AM)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class A CDL or heavy equipment operation license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading proficiency
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- Welding certification preferred
