Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment per NEC standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate with project teams
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and California electrical safety codes
- Perform system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
- Document work orders and maintain detailed project records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with PLC systems and smart technology integration
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
