Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings during night shift hours
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and Florida Electrical Code standards
- Coordinate with project managers and team members for seamless operations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain safety protocols and equipment in all work environments
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with 120/240V, 480V systems, and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent physical condition for climbing, lifting, and confined space work
