Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Perform emergency repairs during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local Austin regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Mentor junior electricians during shift transitions
- Document work orders and maintain safety compliance records
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 4 years commercial electrical experience
- Proven night shift or 24/7 environment experience
- Advanced proficiency in PLC/HVAC systems troubleshooting
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical faults
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
