Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex electrical equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Conduct preventative maintenance on transformers, circuit breakers, and control systems
- Document work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during emergency repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license required
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic tools
- Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and local electrical codes
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
