Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead emergency repair operations during night shift hours
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (KS or reciprocal state)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
