Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex electrical malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize operational downtime
- Document all work activities using digital reporting systems
- Train junior electricians on advanced techniques and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with industrial control systems and VFDs
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
