Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per blueprints and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Collaborate with construction teams on large-scale projects
- Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA regulations
- Train junior electricians on best practices
- Complete detailed documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with PLC systems and VFDs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
