Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure full compliance with NFPA 70 (NEC) and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Collaborate with project teams to meet night shift construction timelines
- Document all work activities with detailed service reports and permit documentation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols after dark
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (C-10)
- OSHA 30-hour Construction certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, and VFD systems
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
