Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Maintain site safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
- Manage material inventory and maintain organized workspaces
- Complete daily progress reports and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction or skilled trades experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
