Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC, NFPA)
- Lead emergency repair operations during off-hours
- Mentor junior technicians and document work orders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor control, and PLC systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
