Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical faults
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California electrical codes
- Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, termination, and power distribution
- Advanced proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of energy management systems
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedules
