Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial/commercial facilities
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on high-voltage equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless project handovers
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Lead emergency response for critical electrical failures
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Electrician license required
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and motor controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification and arc flash training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical issues
- Flexibility for extended night shifts and weekend overtime
