Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and system upgrades
- Comply with OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes
- Document work progress and maintain job site cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Willingness to pursue state licensing/certifications
