Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostics on complex electrical circuits and power distribution systems
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system optimization projects
- Train junior technicians on safety protocols and advanced techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic abilities with multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
