Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Manage inventory of materials and tools at job sites
- Document work completion and maintain client communication
- Collaborate with team members for efficient project execution
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland electrician license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently in night shift conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
