Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA electrical safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using specialized equipment
- Manage weekend shift schedules and coordinate with team members
- Complete detailed documentation for all installations and repairs
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Arizona required)
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
