Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local Long Beach codes and national electrical standards (NEC).
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors and project managers to ensure seamless project handovers.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required for California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with high attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
