Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and fixtures in industrial facilities.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using schematic diagrams and testing equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Respond to emergency repairs and outages during the night shift promptly.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to upgrade and modernize electrical infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
