Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems in residential/commercial properties
- Perform diagnostic inspections using advanced leak detection technology
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex renovation and new construction projects
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent communication
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to complete our 6-month paid training program
- Background check and drug screening required
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
