Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Inspect electrical components for safety and compliance with NFPA 70E standards
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers during night operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Document all maintenance activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Florida State Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in troubleshooting 3-phase systems and VFDs
- Strong diagnostic skills with experience in power distribution systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
