Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties during night shifts
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for precise installations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local Louisiana electrical codes
- Coordinate with project managers and day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical panels, transformers, and distribution systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and control systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and Louisiana electrical regulations
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Must be available for flexible night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
