Responsibilities
- Assist in building structures, roads, and infrastructure projects
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.) with proper training
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean, safe job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of power tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
