Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting during overnight operations
- Adhere to NFPA 70E and OSHA safety protocols in all procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Coordinate with automation systems and building management platforms
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in PLC systems and industrial automation
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts as needed
