Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and NFPA electrical codes
- Operate diagnostic tools and power testing equipment
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and motor controls
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
