Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, and control equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical machinery and systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid state electrical license (Minnesota Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Experience with conduit bending, power distribution, and motor controls
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
