Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems during overnight shifts
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and NEC safety protocols in all operations
- Lead emergency response teams for critical power outages and system failures
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and service reports
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise in high-voltage systems (480V+)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
